Their military record translated into civilian language, grounded in the Department of Labor's O*NET Military Crosswalk and edited by them before it is theirs. A hosted résumé a hiring manager can open at a link. And a read receipt that tells them when an application was actually opened — the difference between guessing and knowing, during the months that decide the transition.
What you buy, and how it's spent
You buy months of Elite, and one month is one sponsorship. They go into the veteran pool and are claimed one month at a time, so five months might carry one person through five or five people through one each — whatever the queue needs. Anyone claiming from this pool can take up to twelve months in total, one at a time, so nothing runs on indefinitely. Sponsor once, or set it to recur monthly, quarterly or yearly. It's an ordinary purchase; you'll get a standard business receipt and nothing you can write off on your taxes.
Who claims one, and when
Service members and veterans who have confirmed their service, taking a month whenever they need the next one. Confirming service and claiming a month are separate steps, so a month can sit in the pool a while before someone takes it — there may be a wait. And because the pool is shared, the month you funded isn't held for one particular person; it goes to whoever needs the next one.

- Who claims them?
- Service members and veterans who have confirmed their service, claiming a month at a time — not someone you choose or meet. Each can take up to twelve months in total, and only when they need the next one. Never indefinite access.
- Does this get anyone a hiring preference?
- No. Protected-veteran status and any hiring preference are federal matters between a veteran and an employer — Bridani has no part in them and never claims to. What a funded month does is make their experience readable, and tell them when it's read.
- Can I write this off on my taxes?
- No. Bridani is not a nonprofit, so this is a regular purchase, not something you can claim on your taxes. You'll receive a standard business receipt — that's all it is.
- How soon will someone claim it?
- There can be a real delay. Service is confirmed separately from claiming, and months are taken one at a time as people need them, so one may sit in the pool before someone takes it. We'd rather tell you that up front than have you expect it to be taken the same day.
- Will I be told who I helped?
- No, and nothing on Bridani will tell you. The pool is shared, so the months you funded are never tied to one named person, and everyone claiming from it stays anonymous — no names, no profiles, no introductions. Your receipt is the record of what you funded.
