Nobody pays to look for work

The people you serve deserve a résumé a hiring manager will actually read.

Job hunting costs the most exactly when someone has the least — right after a layoff. Bridani turns that upside down: people who have jobs fund seats for people who don't, so nobody pays to look for work. Our partners are how those free seats reach the people who need them. Whether you run outplacement after a layoff, a professional association, a workforce program, or an alumni office, you put a real résumé — read receipt and all — in front of your people at no cost to them or to you.

Before you put it in front of anyone

What they get, what it costs, and how you place it

The three questions worth answering before a tool reaches people you're responsible for.

01

What the people you serve get

A hosted résumé a hiring manager can open at a link, their experience rewritten into clear, hiring-ready language they can edit and confirm, and a read receipt that tells them when an application was actually opened. Open the live résumé above to see it for yourself.

02

What it costs, and who pays

Nothing — to the people you serve or to your organization. The seats are paid for by people who already have jobs, funding a seat for someone who doesn't. That's the whole model inverted: instead of charging people to look for work when they can least afford it, the search is free and the employed carry it. No credit card, no trial that flips to paid, no upsell pointed at your people. If there were a catch, it would be in this paragraph.

03

How you place seats

Start with one group — say twenty people. I give you a link; each person claims a free seat with it. There is nothing for your staff to set up or administer. To begin, request partner access below or email dan@bridani.com and we'll size it together.

What you'll be asked

Questions

What does it cost the people we serve, and why is it free?
Nothing. The seats are funded by people who already have jobs, each paying for a seat for someone who doesn't. It's the market flipped over: nobody pays to look for work when they can least afford it. No credit card, no trial that converts to paid, and no upsell aimed at your people. Your organization pays nothing either — partners are how the free seats reach the people who need them.
What happens to their data?
The record belongs to the person. It's stored so their résumé can be hosted and shown to the people they send it to. They can export it or delete it at any time. We don't sell it, and we don't make anyone discoverable to recruiters unless they choose to opt in. You can read exactly what we keep and how to delete it here: our privacy policy
Will this get them hired?
No — and the page will never say otherwise. Bridani makes a person's experience legible to a hiring manager and tells them when it's read. It makes no promise about hiring outcomes.
Who's behind this?
Dan — laid off in a restructuring, built this to translate his own experience into something civilian hiring managers could read, and used it to get hired.
How big is this, really?
Small and new — I'd rather you hear that from me than discover it later. I'm not offering a platform or asking for a rollout. I'm asking to put this in front of one group of the people you serve and learn, honestly, whether it helps them.
How does someone claim a seat?
You share one link with your group; each person claims a free seat with it and builds their résumé. Nothing for your staff to administer. To get the link, request partner access below or email dan@bridani.com.
