You have a candidate who is better than their résumé.
You know the one — twenty years of real work, and two pages that make them look like everyone else. Send them here and they come back with a hosted résumé a hiring manager can actually read and question, a bank of STAR answers for the interview, and a read receipt that says when it was opened. Free for them. No fee, no commission, no exclusivity, no cash to you — you're paid by the employer, and nothing here touches that.
- Free for your candidate
- No fee, no commission, no cash to you
- Nothing to sign, nothing to owe
What your candidate becomes
Before: a Word doc that reads like everyone else's. After: a hosted résumé at a link, with a chatbot a hiring manager can interrogate, a STAR bank for the interview, and a fit analysis against the role. Open the live résumé above to see the before/after for yourself.
What's in it for you
The candidate you send presents better, so you look better sending them — you hand your client a link, not another PDF. And the read receipt tells the candidate when the application was opened, which is the status you currently chase down by email.
How it works
You get one link that's yours. Share it with the candidates you want to help. When one of them signs up through it, I can see the referral came from you. That's the whole thing — no dashboard to manage, no call to book.
Questions
- What does this cost me?
- Nothing, ever. No fee, no commission, no exclusivity, no cash. You're paid by the employer; a side-payment for candidates would taint that, and some agencies forbid it outright. This is not that — there is nothing for you to sign and nothing you owe.
- What does it cost my candidate?
- Nothing. Building and hosting their résumé, the link, and the read receipt basics are free. They will not be charged while they're between jobs.
- What do I actually have to do?
- Share your link with a candidate who deserves to look better than their résumé. That is the entire ask — no dashboard to manage, no calls to book, no sequence to sit through.
- How do you know a signup came from me?
- Your link carries a tag that's yours. When a candidate lands on it and signs up, that first touch is recorded on their profile, so the referral is attributed to you. Email me and I'll send you your link.
- Will this get my candidate hired?
- I won't promise that — nobody honestly can. The read receipt reports what happened after they applied; it doesn't predict how an employer will respond. What it does is make a good candidate easier to take seriously.
